Vape It Forward Programme Offically Launched
AVCA.org.nz is pleased to announce that the “Vape It Forward” (VIF) program is now fully functional here in New Zealand. Mandi Coles, the coordinator for AVCA says “Our Vape it Forward programme is designed to help get those who want to vape get started, by distributing donated start up kits and one 15ml of juice to anyone wanting to stop smoking by vaping.” The program gained its inspiration from the Twitter campaign #vapeitforward, however, as Coles said “It is also based on the Quitline that we have here in New Zealand, except that the support we give is fact to face, and also provided online through Facebook with the group Vape NZ..” She goes further to say that “ we have found from speaking with vapers in New Zealand, that support is key to success with vaping.”
Coles oversees and coordinates thirteen (13) VIF advocates across the country, who have each been given guidance on their roles and responsibilities towards the beginning vaper, as well as agreeing to the AVCA Code of Conduct for all advocates.
